Chipley Library Expansion
The proposed plan for the Chipley Library Expansion expands the original 7,232 square feet library. Including:
- West Wing (2,600 sq. ft.)
- North Wing (1,200 sq. ft.)
- East Wing (2,600 sq. ft.)
In addition, eighteen new parking spaces.

Bidding closes for RFB for Construction on December 4th. Construction contractor will be selected at the December meeting of the Washington County Board of County Commissioners.

Grant agreement for Chipley Library Expansion provided by Florida Commerce; agreement approved and signed by Washington County Board of County Commissioners (Completed).

Notified by Florida Commerce that Washington County had been selected to receive $3,997,816 from the Multi-Purpose Community Facilities grant (Completed).

Applied for Florida Commerce Multi-Purpose Community Facilities for Chipley Library expansion project (Completed).
