To access LearningExpress library follow these steps: 1. Go to http://www.learningexpresslibrary.com
2. If this is your first time, you must create an account, click "Register" under New Users. 3. Create a user name. This must be a 14 digit number. The first five digits must be 32428 followed by 9 digits numbers that you choose. 4. Then, create a password. The password can be anything you choose, but it must be at least six characters. 5. The next screen will ask you, To which library do you belong? Choose Panhandle Public Library System. Then click "Continue. 6. Next, write your "Registration Confirmation" infomation in a safe place. You will need to enter this info each time you login. 7. Now you are ready to choose a Learning Center from the right side of the page. You can access the LearningExpress Library from home or your local library.
