You can now download audiobooks (eAudiobooks) from Washingon County Public Libray, Sam Mitchell Public Library or Wausau Public Library to your personal computer!
Borrow 10 at a time -- If you have a valid Washington County Public Library card and a NetLibrary account you can borrow up to 10 downloadable audiobooks at a time. Like other library materials, check-out time is three weeks. (Due to DRM [digital rights management] these audiobooks can not be checked in early or be burned to compact disc.)
Listen on an MP3 device or your personal computer. (Select titles are iPod and Zune compatible.)
More than 2000 titles! -- Locate them using NetLibrary Media Center software. Do a keyword search for the term “downloadable audio” for a current list of titles.

Step 1 - Create your free NetLibrary Account by coming into your local library today.
Step 2 - Activate Media Center Media Center

Step 3 - Find and Download (either to your computer, Ipod or MP3 player).
“Items will automatically check in from your computer after 3 weeks (they do not expire from your MP3 player)”.
